Junior Visual/Graphic Design (m/f/d)

Responsibilities
As a Junior Visual/Graphics Design, you’ll be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
- Development of impressive and engaging campaigns for our clients
- Create layouts & designs for websites, mobile apps and marketing materials
- Shape the visual design language – from basic layout through to the last pixel
- Project management and coordination of internal and external teams
- Working closely with Marketing, UX and Development
Qualifications
What you bring to the table:
- At least completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Master’s degree) in user interface design or similar, with an outstanding performance
- You are highly proficient in current graphics programs (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign)
- Enthusiasm for the latest research and innovation in visual design
- You have many years of professional experience in an agency environment
- Fluency and expressiveness in German and English (written and spoken)
- You are able to motivate others and have a good sense of humor
- Resilient knowledge in the use of MS Office
